Administrative Law and Healthcare

There’s a crack in the Canadian Heart of Darkness thanks to the Supreme Court of Canada

May 29th, 2020

Honorable Adrian Dix

Honourable David Eby

RE: Healthcare and Administrative Law

The Canadian Heart of Darkness

There’s a crack in the Canadian Heart of Darkness thanks to the Supreme Court of Canada and as a result the Chair of the Health Professional Review Board has questioned the ‚Äúreasonableness of the disposition‚ÄĚ by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.

Mr. Dix: To date I have been unable to even hold a reasonable conversation with a physician, much less chart a course towards recovery.  I have been refused as a patient for attempting to do so. Do you have any idea how much money I’ve saved the medical system since I stopped taking statins?

you do the math

Mr Eby: To date I have been unable to even speak to a lawyer.  Let me be clear: the administrative body of the College of Physicians and Surgeons regurgitated dogma, fraudulent marketing, quackery, and resorted to gaslighting in response to my efforts to provide information to the score of doctors and surgeons who treated me for over a decade in apparent ignorance of the multiple warnings from Health Canada and the FDA.

What are your standards?

Gentlemen: You have been absolutely no help whatsoever.

I get it. We all fell down the same rabbit hole!
It’s time to put on your spurs. Do your jobs!

this isn’t about statins
this isn’t about me
this is about avoidable medical errors

this is not reasonable

Disagreeably yours
